Battery Balance Explained

The phrase "cell balance", or "battery balance" SEEMS to be pretty misunderstood in the general consumer area of DIY, custom, and enthusiast hobby PEVs, especially in the VESC onewheel space. This video aims to clear up some of that misunderstanding, and visually demonstrate what balance looks like, what effects is does and doesn't have on the use of a device, and what would be considered "bad" or broken, and what's generally normal.
