Taylor Frankie Paul and Ex BATTLE in Court Over Protection Orders

On Thursday, the lawyers for Dakota Mortensen and Taylor Frankie Paul were in court to discuss protective orders from both sides. Mortensen's lawyer details to the judge why he needs a protection order against Taylor, saying the alleged domestic violence incidents continued after the “main” incident between the two in 2023. Video was released of this incident allegedly showing Taylor throwing barstools at Mortensen. Taylor’s lawyer alleged that she was abused by Dakota several times. The judge recommended a mutual protection order, and the two cannot be within 100 feet of each other.
