How I create depth in Maria Trolle coloring Sägen/Fairytale.

From the coloring book of Maria Trolle, Sägen. I use ohuhu alcohol markers with acrylicmarkers and Prisma coloring pencils. I used watercolor paper but it is not ideal with alcohol markers because they absorbed the ink took much. I don't like it on regular paper either. I will try next time with a mix media paper instead and see...
