‘I’m Going To Jail?’: 8-Year-Old Arrested For Attempting to Steal Car

Bodycam footage shows an eight-year-old Ohio boy being arrested after he and another suspect were attempting to steal a white Kia. Officers ran on foot to chase the suspect and found him standing in front of a house with adults present.
