Tribology in the compliant world: soft boundaries and multi-component systems (webinar)

Dr. Carlos Drummond is a senior researcher at the Centre de Recherche Paul Pascal (CNRS, University of Bordeaux), where he explores the physical chemistry of soft matter. His work focuses on surface forces, nanotribology, responsive functional surfaces, ion-specific effects (static and dynamic), and nanocarbon-based films and solutions. He earned his PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has co-authored 70 peer-reviewed scientific articles and 10 book chapters.
