Each has its own usage characteristics. The Maru can produce finer lines. The Cabla produces more consistent lines; it can be replaced with a regular ink pen. The G produces lines of varying thickness, which is why it's the main drawing pen and so acclaimed in Bakuman. It's the one I use the most. In general, I'd say that with the G you draw the characters, with the Cabla the settings, and with the Maru all the details. Thank you!
