LE Velo Annual Rally 2022

The Le Velocette in the post war period this bike was developed as transport for the people to mobilise the country to get people around rebuild the economy. L.E. stands for little engine as opposed to the bikes that Velocette had built until now. The bikes had quite advanced specifications for the time. Devised to provide ease of riding for both men and women with protection from the elements. It would compete with the likes of the bantam however its main claim to fame was as a Police patrol bike. Fondly known as the noddy bike which kept this bike in production until 1971.
