It aims to help the learner understand the construction, components, and parameters such as capacity, dimensions, and the length of capillary tubes used to optimize ice production. 🧊Introduction In the field of cooling and ice production, the tank is one of the most efficient systems for producing large quantities of ice, especially for commercial uses such as: soft drinks and ice water bags. This system is based on the principle of heat transfer where a mixture of water and salt is used that is cooled by an evaporator, in order to freeze the products immersed in it.
