Today we're featuring the extraordinary exhibition Glass in Flight at the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. Lea is the Manager of Exhibitions at the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill and Alex is the highly accomplished artist behind Glass in Flight. She’s internationally recognized for her breathtaking stained glass and steel sculptures that combine intricate craftsmanship, vibrant color, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. As we’ll soon see, Alex's monumental creations invite us to look more closely at the insects, birds, and pollinators that play such an essential role in our ecosystems.
