Training AGILITY and COORDINATION with balls for children aged 4-6. Developmental exercises for toddlers. This video contains simple and effective exercises for training agility, coordination, and body control. All exercises are arranged in a logical order, from simple to complex. This is a good continuation of physical education and gymnastics for children, general physical training for toddlers, and children's fitness, as this type of training-cum-game adds variety and teaches new skills. For this game-based workout, you'll need: 🥎A small bouncy ball (a tennis ball will do, but a light and soft one is better) ⚾️🥎Two soft, bouncy balls (or two apples or two tangerines) for juggling ⚽️A bouncy ball, like a soccer ball (slightly smaller is fine), preferably rubber and soft ☝️If there's a risk of breaking something in your environment, it's best to skip this workout and practice it later outside or at home. For an effective workout, each exercise should be repeated at least 5-10 times without dropping the ball. However, to maintain motivation, especially challenging exercises can be done simply by trying them out and moving on. These exercises can be performed anywhere convenient: all you need are the balls. Make sure there are no unnecessary objects in the area that could be stepped on or fallen on. There should be no corners, objects lying around that could be hit, or easily breakable objects like vases, glass, or televisions within a two-meter radius of the play area.
