But what truly blows us away here are the thousands upon thousands of flamingos 🦩 that accompany us everywhere. Whether coastal road, harbor, campsite, or city – flamingos are everywhere! In Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, we immerse ourselves in a vibrant, historic city – and end up at a magical Christmas market in the evening. 🎄 The next morning, a completely unexpected scene awaits us: countless flamingos right at a highway interchange. Simply surreal! 🦩 ... Finally, we're off to Nora near Pula, where we'll not only spot flamingos again but also visit the archaeological site – the place where the name Sardinia first appeared.
