The Basic Course covers everything a new 4x4 owner needs to know: how your 4WD system actually works, vehicle dimensions and characteristics, reading terrain, obstacle negotiation techniques, and responsible, eco-friendly driving practices. It's hands-on from the start — theory is kept short and practical, and you spend the bulk of your time behind the wheel on purpose-built tracks and trails with breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the Boland stretching out below you.
