The iFootage Cobra 3 Pedal base is a fantastic tool for the iFootage Cobra 2 and 3 Monopods. It allows you to easily adjust the angle of your monopod without having to bend down and unlock a knob. I do think that the standard Cobra 3 base is a better pick if you just want it for tabletop tripod functionality, but this is a very high quality piece of gear.
