Logmatic 250 Log Splitter Review

http://peplers.blogspot.com Review of the Logmatic 250 log splitter. I can see how this tool would be useful for splitting logs for some people, but personally I prefer a splitting axe (or maul). Some tips if you do have a logmatic to get better use out of it are: use both hands on the handle to get more power. put your foot on the edge of the log to hold it steady try putting several logs in an old car tyre then work round them all, so they don't scatter when you split them. (This works for an axe as well of course!)
