SSV International School proudly celebrated The 12th International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm on our open school ground. 🌿🧘‍♀️ Students, teachers, and our Principal actively participated in a special yoga session, bringing their yoga mats and joining together to promote health, peace, discipline, and mindfulness. The session was specially guided by Dr. Haritha, Assistant Professor from Acharya Nagarjuna University, who instructed everyone on proper yoga poses, breathing techniques, and the importance of yoga in daily life. Through this wonderful celebration, our students learned that yoga is not just an exercise, but a way to build physical strength, mental clarity, inner peace, and a healthy lifestyle.
