Massive Food Preservation 20 Hours 200 Pounds!

Friends, we're really doing massive food preservation today! In a 20-hour massive food preservation undertaking (and it was so cute when I started at 11 a.m. and said I'd be done "sensibly by 9 or 10 pm" 😂) together we can 200 lbs of healthy for my family of 11! We preserve 100 pounds of homegrown grass-fed beef including ground beef and beef stew meat. We also home can 100 pounds of locally grown potatoes that I bought for an amazing local deal!
