Mix well, cover, and cook for 20 minutes until it is tender. -Bring it out in a karahi and cook on high flame until the water dries. -Now add ½ cup cooking oil and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes. -Add grounded mixed spices and yogurt, and cook it on medium to low flame until the water of the yogurt dries. -Add green chillies and cook on high flame for 1 minute. Now add Fresh coriander. -Dish out serve and enjoy with roti or nan.
