Manuscript Challenge Part 1: Pearled London Hood

IN WHICH our intrepid recreatrix decides at the last minute to make a London Hood, in a house not her own (don't worry, we're just self isolating across two households in order to maintain upkeep with both of them), with half of her normal supplies two and a half hours away.
