🚨 Hero XPulse New Bike Issues | Real Owner Experience + Worst Service 🚨 This video is all about my brother’s brand-new Hero XPulse and the shocking problems we faced just after taking delivery. Within a few days, the bike started leaking engine oil – something no new bike should ever face. Naturally, we rushed to the Hero Primia showroom (BTM Layout, Bangalore) expecting a quick solution… but what happened next was one of the worst service experiences in my biking journey. 👉 After reaching the service center, we waited for around 45 minutes before anyone even attended the bike. Finally, a service guy came, checked the engine leak, and casually said it’s “probably a loose bolt.” He tightened it, washed the bike, and sent us off saying “let’s see if the problem comes back.” That’s not the kind of solution you expect when your *brand new bike* has an engine oil leakage issue! 💥 But the real shock came when I met other XPulse owners at the same service center: One rider was facing a weird engine sound. Another owner’s rear brake had completely failed. A third person complained that his bike randomly switches off while riding on highways (super dangerous). This shows that the problem is not just with one bike – *multiple owners are facing issues with the new Hero XPulse batch.* And to make things worse, the Hero Primia service center said *no spare parts are available for at least a month!* ⚠️ For a company like Hero MotoCorp, this is unacceptable. Customers trust the brand when buying an adventure bike, but what we experienced was disappointing and frustrating. Service delays, careless approach, and lack of parts are making the experience worse than ever. 💡 My honest advice to anyone planning to buy Hero XPulse right now – *DON’T BUY IT YET.* Wait for the second batch of bikes, hopefully Hero will resolve these issues.
