What IS ROLLER SKIING??!?

THis video awnsers What is Roller skiing?? Its a question i get a lot when I'm out roller skiing and I address both skate and classic versions of the sport, why we do it and what the its used for. Basically roller skiing is the summer version of Cross country skiing and used to train and improve and get ready for winter.
