Very easy and healthy bread, Don't forget to "SUBSCRIBE" to my channel for my new recipes and turn on "RING" (🔔) to receive notifications ❤️🙏🏻x Hello to all of you, today I prepared very easy and practical chubby breads with few ingredients, it was so soft and delicious that I recommend you to make it. 45 doner breads were obtained from 2 kg of flour You can make it this way and consume it whenever you want by putting it in the freezer, it remains soft and fresh after taking it out of the fridge. Necessary materials Flour (2 kg) 2.5 cups of warm milk (500 ml) 5 glasses of warm water (1 liter) Vegetable oil (80 ml) 2 tablespoons of dry yeast (20 g) 3 teaspoons of salt (24 g) To apply: 2 tablespoons of yoghurt (40 g) 1 egg yolk Quarter glass of water (25 ml) The cup measurement I used: (200 ml) ➖Knead these ingredients required for the dough in a large bowl to make a nice dough and leave it to ferment. Let it ferment for at least 1 hour. Knead the fermented dough again and let it ferment for another 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 45 equal pieces and let it rest again for 20 minutes. ➖ preheat the oven to 250° ➖ starting from the first spilled dough, put it on the tray, pat it lightly and apply the yoghurt mixture. Bake in a preheated setting of 250° C for 10 minutes. Make the other meringues in the same way.
