Tracking Down MAMMOTH SNAKEHEADS in Hidden DELAWARE Waters (Topwater Insanity)

Having never targeted the northern snakehead before, we set out on a 3 day journey to track down this elusive and mysterious creature. Let's just say our dedication payed off pretty well... His channel:    / @steadypressurekennels302   IMPORTANT NOTE: While Snakeheads are a non native species, biologists have discovered over the last few years that the damage they cause to the ecosystem is not nearly what was once expected. Many bodies of water containing these fish have successfully adapted to their presence. I encourage you to thoroughly research the data that is out their regarding snakeheads before you make an uninformed comment saying that we should have killed the fish. That being said, everyone is entitled to their opinion regarding these fish. We simply ask that your opinion be formed on actual data and research, not what you heard from a friend or read on facebook. The body of water that we fished already has a healthy population of snakeheads. Killing a few fish would do absolutely nothing in regards to eradicating the species from that body of water. Instead, you'd be wasting the life of a perfectly good gamefish. Here at Orange 22 Fishing, we encourage you to practice catch and release on all species of fish, including snakeheads.
