FAS TV S2 E25: Reducing The Risk of Pneumonia in Cattle

Today on FAS TV, we are heading north to Caithness to visit Mount Pleasant farm where Andrew Mackay and family have had the challenge of pneumonia in their cattle and following investigations, they have made a variety of changes to cattle management and shed infrastructure to reduce the risk.  Scotland’s Farm Advisory Service (FAS) is part of the Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP) which is co-funded by the EU and Scottish Government, providing information and resources aimed at increasing the profitability and sustainability of farms and crofts.
