I'm a Sucker for a Cute New Palette (Luckily I like the paint!) Mission Gold 48 triple-pan review

Hi friends, today we will look at the new Mission Gold 48 "triple pan" watercolor set. They are about as vibrant and transparent as they come. They really pack a punch. this review is about this particular set. Pros: Price Very vibrant All colors are lightfast Very transparent (that said the white is very transparent so you might not like that) Beautiful palette Comes with 100% cotton swatch card with pigment and lightfast info on it Cons: There are a lot of mixed colors that could be made with other colors in the set. lots of reused pigments The printing on the swatch card is small and may be hard to read the pigment info The bottom line, this is great paint in a cute palette. Other mission gold sets are a better value as far as the amount of paint you get is concerned. I think the pure pigment set I linked above is the best value right now and single pigments are better for mixing, especially since many of MGs colors in this 48 set are mixed pigments so they may yield unusual results when mixed.
