Does "Faith" Mean "Faithfulness"? Responding to Sam Shamoun

Does saving faith simply mean faithfulness or lifelong obedience? In this video, I respond to Sam Shamoun's understanding of faith and explain why Scripture distinguishes faith from the works that inevitably flow from it. Historically, Protestants have understood saving faith to consist of knowledge, assent, and trust. Good works are the necessary fruit of genuine faith, but they are not part of faith's definition and are never the basis of our justification before God.
