Favorite Autistic Stimming Behavior

When all else fails, this is her favorite autistic stimming behavior. Abbie has rocked for as long as I can remember. Many of her self stimming behaviors come and go but this one has remained constant. I think it calms her and comforts her. The world can be too much when you have sensory processing disorder and autism. Stims help her and others with autism to cope with all the sensory input that's bombarding their senses.
