It's best baked at least an hour after assembling (even after two). ♡ INGREDIENTS: ♡ 4 egg whites ♡ 200g sugar (almost a full 250ml glass) ♡ tbsp vanilla pudding ♡ a dash of lemon juice ♡ 5 very large strawberries or a few smaller ones ♡ 1 small package of chilled 30% whipping cream (200g) Baking: ♡ First, preheat the oven to 170°C (350°F). Immediately after baking, remove the lid from the oven. Reduce to 110. ♡ Convection setting ♡ 1.5-2 hours depending on the strength of the convection (I dried for 1 hour and 45 minutes) The Kenwood mixer I use in the video: https://www.ceneo.pl/86033919#crid=35...
