2017 Kia Soul - 2.0L GDI Engine Oil Change

This video demonstrates the steps to change the engine oil in a 2017 Kia Soul 2.0L GDI engine. *** Make sure you check your engine's oil level before the engine startup to verify you've filled it with a generally good level of oil. It may read slightly higher than full if the filter has not be prefilled and you're working on level ground. That's OK! You want to make sure you've filled it with a level of oil that is appropriate for that engine so it's safe to start. *** After the test drive, make sure you check for leaks and recheck the engine oil level (after letting the engine oil settle back into the drain pan). This is important to make sure you've truly filled the engine with the correct amount of oil. *** Don't forget to check your engine oil level on a regular basis (at least every other fuel tank fill-up).
