¿Por qué despilfarramos tanta comida los madrileños?

In the fourth episode of Madrid Es Cifra, we analyze food waste in the Community of Madrid. Hosted by Diego Losada, in this installment we decipher what households, businesses, and manufacturers in our community throw away and how some social organizations are using it to help those most in need. Nine out of 10 Madrid residents regularly waste food. If we used everything we throw away, each household would save 500 euros a year. To decipher this data, Diego Losada proposes an experiment to a Madrid family: they save the food they throw away for a week. The result is astonishing: more than a kilo and a half of food ends up in the trash.
