German composer Claus Ogerman is the author of the music for a ballet called "Some Times", premiered on July 14, 1972, at the New York State Theater. Four years later, Warner Bros. Records approached him with the idea of recording an album with the music he wrote for the ballet. The result was "Gate Of Dreams", released in 1977.
