#6 Sarcoidosis follow-up clinics for stable patients

In this episode I discuss how I normally perform the follow-up clinics for my patients who have sarcoidosis and are generally stable. I cover how I elicit relevant symptoms in order to cover a general organ review, how I ask about lung symptoms to assess progression and also what standard tests I would request in these stable cases to complete my sarcoidosis organ involvement review. This episode does not aim to be a comprehensive list of tests and questions to ask, just a discussion about how I personally perform these clinics. My style may be different to yours and practice may vary around the world. My aim is however to provide a discussion of real-life practice in my case. I do believe that as long as the patient is well looked after and has the opportunity to share their symptoms and other problems in a safe space, outcomes will be optimal.
