Rich Entitled Dentist Thinks She Is Above Getting Arrested... She Thought Wrong

In this video, we examine an incident report and crash investigation from Margate City, New Jersey. Early in the morning, dispatch received a 911 call from staff outside a restaurant reporting that a seemingly intoxicated patron got into a 2024 white Porsche Macan and backed into a legally parked 2024 white Buick Envista. Responding officers conducted an on-scene investigation and escorted the driver to the sidewalk. The driver was then placed under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and transported to police headquarters. The suspect's vehicle was impounded and towed from the scene. At the station, the driver declined to provide breath samples for the Alcotest. Authorities issued three summonses for DWI, Refusal, and Reckless Driving. The driver was later released to a liable party. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
