Weekly Nail Maintenance with MAVALA and OPI

Hello Guys! Here is a video that how I nurse my nails. This procedure definitely works, I do once a week (and just a simple nail strengthening between 2 procedures). Of course, this is an „outside” maintenance, every day I take calcium capsule, it helps like an „inside” maintenance. The MAVALA product is BRILLIANT, definitely recommend it ’cuz I have no damage/break (and nothing break at the base of the free edge) since I use it (since 8 months) with heavy use too. Here I used the OPI because my Cuccio nail hardener is almost empty :( but the Cuccio is same brilliant quality as the OPI.
