ATLAS IN TRAINING
Some clips I put together that illustrate what kinds of exercises go into a typical strength day. Obviously, this is a work in progress- I don't consider any of these exercises perfect. Professor Ido Portal, is my inspiration for teaching these to me either directly/or indirectly. This is performed after about 3.5 months of his time here in Spokane, WA. so I still have years to go! I only taped one set per exercises- but several sets were done in this particular workout on each exercise. These exercises are- 1. (line work: extending upward into a handstand using a wall) getting hand position and width correct before extending upwards is essential with this kind of training. 2. 90 /90 1 arm isometric hold 3. Inversion pressing (head dropping below hands) 4. Flag variation training 5. Frog stand variation 6. Front lever variation (negatives from rings) 7. Dip variation from rings.
