If you enjoy watching real-life vlogs, simple routines, and easy homemade recipes, this vlog is for you! 🍕 Homemade Pizza Recipe Dough Starter (Yeast) 1 cup lukewarm water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp instant yeast Mix everything together, cover, and let it rest for 10 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy. Pizza Dough 2½ glasses (cups) all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp milk powder (or use regular milk if preferred) Prepared yeast mixture Mix all the ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour. Chicken Topping Boneless chicken (cut into cubes) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp crushed red chilli 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce Tikka masala (to taste) Mix everything well and cook the chicken until fully done. Pizza Toppings Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add: Mozzarella cheese Cooked chicken Capsicum Optional toppings: Mushrooms Olives Onions Any of your favourite vegetables Baking Instructions Preheat the oven to 200°C for 20 minutes with both the top and bottom heating elements on. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes using the bottom heat. Then bake for another 5 minutes using the top heat until the cheese is golden. ✨ Tip: Spray a little oil over the toppings before baking for a beautiful golden shine.
