I used this one: https://amzn.to/3Hye9AD Cook uncovered on your smoker at 275°F for 60 t0 90 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cover the Dutch oven, raise the temp to 325°F, and let simmer for another 90 minutes to 2 hours until all the veggies are completely tender.
