Riding Wambaw OHV with One Good Eye! First Ride After Retina Tear. KX250F on the Full South Loop.

Suffered a spontaneous retina tear in my left eye while out on a trip to Idaho. Got laser reattachment surgery with no anesthesia because I didn't have someone to drive me back to the hotel. They won't let you take an Uber after anesthesia, so I drove myself. An adventure for sure! Back on the KX250F for the first time since 2025! She's a smoot ride, and the South Trail is nice and fast...a good thing in this sweltering heat. "Feels like" temperature of 112F or so. Visualization is an excellent tool to train your body when you can't actually perform a physical event. Used as a training tool by Olympic and professional athletes for decades, watching an activity can be a tremendous enhancement to actual practice.
