In this video, we take you through the full vision and planning behind a renovation and addition project in Hazelwood — a property we originally sold, and then reimagined together with the client to completely transform how it lives. This home started off small, outdated, and quite dilapidated — but the location made it worth the investment. Instead of just renovating, we looked at how we could unlock the full potential of the space through layout changes, structural adjustments, and a well-thought-out addition. From opening up the entire interior to designing a large feature kitchen with a central island, adding a separate scullery, and extending the home with a new living and entertainment area — every decision was made to suit how the client wants to live in the space. This is more than just a renovation.
