See more here: https://www.detteerparkinson.no/en For most people who have had Parkinson's disease for a while, Levodopa is alpha and omega. The drug is converted into dopamine in the brain. But the effect of the medication can vary greatly during the day depending on where you are in the course of the disease, the interval between tablets, whether you have eaten protein-rich food, etc. And as the years go by it becomes more difficult to achieve a good effect. Johannes Kleppe was only 36 years old when he was diagnosed, today he is 48. He says that it feels like being two different person when the medication has an effect and when it does not. I asked him to show me the experience.
