Target Tutorials Ep. 6 | Mastering High Incoming Targets (35–65 Yards)

🎯 Target Tutorials – Practical clay shooting tips with Brett Welcome back to Target Tutorials, where Brett offers tips, advice and guidance to help you break more targets! In this episode we look at high incoming targets, known as Crows, a presentation that often causes problems for shooters when the height, angle and timing combine. Brett explains the full approach including: • Stance and body position • Hold points • Lead pictures and gun movement • How the target changes as the distance increases • The most common mistakes shooters make We start at 35 yards, then progressively move back to 45 and 55 yards, before finishing with an extreme 65 yard target to show how technique needs to adapt as the difficulty increases. Understanding how to read these targets and make the right technical adjustments can make a big difference to your scores on sporting layouts. Thank you to Ribble Bank Field Sports for use of their ground and Laporte for supplying the flash clays used on these videos. If there’s a target you’d like to see featured in a future Target Tutorials episode, let us know in the comments.
