http://www.epictv.com Finale, Italy was a sport climbing hotspot in the 80s and 90s, but rumors of over-climbed, polished routes have tarnished its once glimmering reputation. Mega-popular for its pocketed limestone cliffs of every size and angle, Finale, on the Italian Riviera, has somewhat lost popularity, but that might change. Jen and Alex were warned off it for being too polished to climb anymore, but they were so desperate for some sun after minus temps for too long, so they went despite warnings. And after ten days of exploring, pulling on pockets, drinking good coffee, walking on the beach and getting used to clipping bolts again, they were truly sad to leave. This is a rock climbing area that is definitely worthy of a visit.
