¿Es posible usar el METROBUS de la Ciudad de México usando silla de ruedas?

I seek to raise awareness about what millions of people with physical disabilities experience in a world that isn't adapted to their needs. Despite the Metrobus's adaptations, in my experience, the driver left me outside the bus stop. The passengers and my companions were the ones who assisted me. If I were alone, I wouldn't be able to take the ramp due to my weight. I also saw people who initially refused to give me the space reserved for wheelchairs, so I can conclude that there is a lack of awareness in society.
