This is Garyuuen Megumu's theme name "Meridian-Splitting Reverse Scale ~ Dragon's Dream" from Touhou fan-made "Infinite Blade Pavilion". Why are all these fan-made char designs have tails this enormous while other parts of body look absolutely normal ? Oh well whatever. She's cute so that's fine. Her fight is unexpectedly fair. Only a few vague telegraphing, but if you can get to her means you know how telegraphing in this game works at this point.
