How To Get Married in Mexico as a Foreigner

When Chris and I started our preparations to get married in Mexico (he's Mexican and I'm Filipino), we did not find a lot of information online to help us get the documents required, so here we are sharing what we learned by going directly to the local civil registry here in Mexico.
