We have overcome because of Jesus' blood and testimony: 1) it starts with a communal expectation stated at the beginning at Psalms 105, 106 and 107; and 2) God gives continual restoration from situations that we ourselves cause: destitute, desolation, destruction, and devastation. God keeps His promise to His people and steps in when needed, so we need to praise God for His goodness over and over and over again.
