কলকাতা ডার্বি : ঘটি বাঙাল লড়াই : বাঙালিয়ানার শতবর্ষ / Kolkata Derby : 100 Years History

This video is about the Kolkata Derby ( কলকাতা ডার্বি : ঘটি বাঙাল লড়াই ) : 100 years in 2021 ( শততম বর্ষ উদযাপন ), with all it’s rivalry between the Ghotis and the Bangals along with significance and history ( তাৎপর্য ও ইতিহাস). Kolkata Derby is the football match in Kolkata, between SC East Bengal and ATK Mohun Bagan, though there are another two matches are also called Derby matches ---- Mohonbagan vs Mohammedan SC and East Bengal vs Mohammedan SC. To tell the truth, among those matches, Mohonbagan vs East Bengal football match is considered to be the greatest derby in Asian Football. FIFA recognised it as the Classic Derby. The derby actually denotes one of the most interesting characters of the Bengalis. In this video, I have tried to describe the history of derby match , it’s growth with the rivalry between Ghoti and Bangal. Generally the Ghotis are the die-hard supporters of Mohonbagan, whereas the Bangals are mostly for the East Bengal, though of late, there is no such hard division line. এ কথা অস্বীকার করার উপায় নেই যে, ডার্বি মানেই খুব খুব চাপের খেলা। তবুও আজকাল ডার্বি ম্যাচের সেই জমকালো চরিত্র অনেকটাই যেন ফিকে। একদিকে যেমন নতুন নতুন নিয়ম সংযুক্ত হয়েছে, তেমনি অন্যদিকে চিরাচরিত প্রথা অনেক ভাঙাও হয়েছে। খেলার মাঠে স্পনসর্শিপ চলে আসার ফলে বিতর্কও উঠেছে অনেক। অন্যদিকে ক্লাবে বিদেশি ফুটবলারের সংখ্যাও পাল্লা দিয়ে বেড়েছে। এসব কিছুর পাশাপাশি, ক্লাব পরিচালন ব্যবস্থাও বহু প্রশ্নের মুখে উঠে এসেছে। আগে একটা সময় ছিল যখন সর্মথকরা ক্লাবের খেলোয়াড়দের নিজেদের পরিবারের সদস্য বলে ভাবতেন, খেলোয়াড়দের সাফল্য-ব্যর্থতা সুখ-দুঃখের অংশীদার বলে নিজেদের মনে করতেন সর্মথকরা। এখন অবস্থাটা এমনি হয়েছে যে এসব আবেগ তেমন একটা আর দেখা যায়না। সর্মথকরা যেন তাদের প্রিয় দলকে নিয়ে কোথাও একটা উৎসাহ উদ্দীপনা হারিয়ে ফেলছেন। ক্রমশ যেন ফিকে হয়ে আসছে চিংড়ি ইলিশের সেই মহাদ্বৈরথ। অথচ আমরা যারা ফুটবল ভালোবাসি আমরা কিন্তু ডার্বি ম্যাচের এইরকম পরিণতি কোন সময় কখনোই আশা করি না। এ কথা তো সত্যিই যে, ইস্টবেঙ্গল মোহনবাগান ডার্বি ম্যাচে ঘিরে উত্তেজনার পারদ যত চড়বে, ততই তা দেশের ফুটবলের পক্ষে মঙ্গলজনক। ইস্টবেঙ্গল মোহনবাগানের ফুটবলের উন্নতি মানেই তো ভারতীয় ফুটবলের উন্নতি। সুতরাং আমরা আশা করবই যে, ২৭শে নভেম্বরে ইস্টবেঙ্গল মোহনবাগান ডার্বি ম্যাচে যে দলই জিতুক না কেন, ডার্বি ম্যাচের রঙে-রূপে ভারতীয় ফুটবলে বসন্ত নেমে আসুক। ডার্বি ম্যাচের উজ্জ্বলতায় ভারতীয় ফুটবল বিশ্ব মানচিত্রে উজ্জ্বল হয়ে উঠুক। Anyway, please watch this video and express your views in the comment section below.
