In this part, we'll be cladding the custom-made cabinets from aluminum profiles. Here, we continue to prioritize lightweight construction and use polycarbonate twin-wall sheets, which, in combination with aluminum U-profiles, will form the cladding elements and doors for all cabinets in the Sprinter van. This section covers all the necessary steps, including an introduction to the materials used for manufacturing the cladding elements, production steps such as cutting the sheets and profiles, preparing the mounting points for the cabinet body, assembling the elements and doors, and the final result.
