Visiting Poas Volcano - an active volcano in Costa Rica

In this video I travel to visit the POAS Volcano located just over an hour drive from the International Airport in Alajuela, Costa Rica. If you are in the central valley area of Costa Rica then Volcano Poas is a must-see destination. The volcano is ACTIVE and has one of the largest craters in the world. The last major eruption of this volcano was on September 30, 2019.
