Standerton residents march over poor service delivery
Residents of Standerton in Mpumalanga have started gathering at the Sakhile stadium in preparation for a march to the Lekwa local municipality. Community members are frustrated by poor service delivery, mainly the lack of clean drinking water and poor road infrastructure among other things. Some are now calling for Mayor Louis Thabethe to step down as they believe he has failed them. Newzroom Afrika's Mweli Masilela is following that story.
