A foreign object resembling a torpedo was discovered by a fisherman in the waters off Gili Trawangan, North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) on Monday (April 6, 2026). The Bomb Squad (Gegana) of the NTB Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) and the North Lombok Police Criminal Investigation Unit then conducted a crime scene investigation and found no indication of a direct threat from explosives or radioactive materials.
